The nightmare started by not being able to get into our room. The lock indicated it had worked but the door wouldn’t open. I used the phone by the elevator to call the person at the desk who said they would send a technician up but that the door may be jammed. Sure enough a solid kick to the bottom of the door opened it. The question was whether my 100 pound wife had the strength to open the door from both sides. She did just barely, but this was a dangerous situation. Of course if you get stuck in the room you can always call the front desk. Not in this room because both telephones didn’t work. BTW the technician arrived about 15 minutes after we called but seemed satisfied that we had entered the room.
Paying for a parking place here is ridiculously complicated. Totally unacceptable.
Add a backed up shower drain to the mess and would have been safer sleeping under a bridge on a cardboard box. Don’t stay here! I will never do it again. It isn’t worth the breakfast.
