部屋番号・解錠番号が届かなかった（危うく宿無し）

出張で宿泊しました。 フロントがないアパートメントタイプのホテルです。部屋は広く清潔でした。また立地に関しても地下鉄の駅目の前でスーパーも目の前にあり、申し分なかったです。 しかし、宿泊に関する情報（部屋番号解錠番号）が届きませんでした。同じ日程で同ホテルを予約していた同僚の基に2部屋分の情報が届きましたので、その1つを使用することで宿泊できました。 もし、単独だった場合を考えると非常に恐怖を感じます。 Hotels.comのアプリの問い合わせ欄からメール（メッセージ）を出しましたが、まったく反応がありませんでした。 アプリのチャットから問い合わせしても旅程が開始しているためとのことで解決する回答は一切なし。 今回は結果的に問題なかったですが、次回以降はこのホテルを予約することはないでしょう。 それどころかHotels.comに対する不信感しかありません。 正直、Hotels.com経由で宿泊予約を躊躇します。 皆様、気を付けてください。

1. Als wir ankamen hat uns die Mail mit den Zugangsdaten für unser Zimmer gefehlt - 2 Anrufe später wurde dann klar, dass das Hotel die Reservierung nicht im System hatte - nach viel Theater haben wir dann die zwei Zimmer bekommen und mussten am zweiten Tag die Zimmer wechseln. 2. Die Zimmer an sich waren einigermaßen sauber, vereinzelt waren Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern. Am ersten Abend waren die Handtücher noch feucht (vermutlich vom waschen) 3. Das Frühstück wird nicht vom Hotel gestellt sondern vom türkischen Restaurant das im EG des gleichen Gebäudes ist. Dafür gibt es Frühstücksgutscheine, die das Restaurant auch zwingend braucht, um eine Abrechnung mit dem Hotel machen zu können. Wir haben allerdings nur in einem Zimmer Gutscheine bekommen. Auf mehrmalige Anfrage wurde nicht geantwortet oder Ausreden gesucht - jedenfalls haben wir keine weiteren Gutscheine bekommen. Aber das Frühstück war sehr lecker, mit türkischen Spezialitäten und co. 4. Durch die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn und der Umgebung ist es im Hotel ziemlich laut. Außerdem ist das Hotel im 10. Bezirk in einer ziemlich dubiosen Gegend. Wenn man sich in Wien nicht auskennt, weiß man das vorher leider nicht. 5. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice. (Bei Expedia steht mit Zimmers.) 5. Nach Ende unserer Reise konnte ich niemanden mehr erreichen. Der Schein trügt - die Bilder in Expedia sehen super aus, allerdings entpuppt sich das Hotel als absoluter Saftladen, den ich niemandem empfehlen würde.
