I had a wonderful breakfast experience. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The bread selection was excellent, and the croissants were particularly tasty and incredible. The food was very well organized, with a nice variety of different options to choose from. Small little cozy hotel near to all amenities

Excellent staff, were very helpful, Maria especially. Hotel is centrally located, tram is just 30 second (Nusdorfer Strasse) and in front of the hotel and train is about 10 min walk (Spittelau station).
