We usually use this hotel while in transit through Austria, and we love it. No frills but always clean and comfortable. However this time around, we found the room was not swept properly, the floors were not clean and there were some stains on the bedsheets. The temperature in the room was also very cold, being winter, but we couldn’t get the thermostat to actually work. We had a disappointing stay this time around.

The location of this property is ideal if you don’t mind taking a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like St. Stephen Cathedral and the main shopping area. The staff service was great, I did not have the breakfast but the other guest seem to enjoy as it was full every morning.

Was great to stay in check in was simple and easy, but…. I had not checked out, and was about 45mins till i needed to check out, and the cleaner knocked once then walked in. I was literally just out the shower and had to dash to the door with a towel. :(

4 night vienna stay

Nice stay. Decent location if a slight walk from the main centre. But not a huge distance, rooms were clean and shower was nice. The only issue I had was that although it’s October the rooms were very warm. Therefore we had to sleep with the windows open and that became a bit noisy. The A/C didn’t seem to do anything. Area around was ok. Bar and lounge area was also nice to just chill out. Good solid hotel that saves on the bigger prices of hotels nearer to the centre. Would recommend for a solid stay.
