The hotel was nice, in a convenient location about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station which was then only a 10 minute ride to Vienna city centre. The room was good but felt a little tired, lots of scuffs and the floor was showing the wear a lot. My key card stopped working part way through my stay but the staff were very quick to sort it and helpful. There was a fan that wouldn't turn off in the room that felt quite loud at night! Overall, an enjoyable stay.

The reception staff told us that they had no available rooms as the hotel was fully booked, without making any further attempt to address our request.

It’s 20 minutes from Vienna Airport, and 10 minutes from Vienna Central Station. Hotel has a great variety of food on breakfast. Only cons maybe is it’s a bit noisy because of the apartments within the area of the hotel. AC not working well especially if you’re going to travel on summer.
