When we arrived at the apartment, everything seemed pleasant enough. Anyway, the TV wasn't working properly so I informed the man on the check in desk. He was apologetic and said that he'd try and get an IT man to sort the problem out, and he offered my partner and I free breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Fair enough. But on further inspection, we found that the bathroom sink plug didn't do its job and a bedside lamp that had a plug on it but nowhere near to plug it in to. After telling this to the same check in man, he offered us free breakfasts for the rest of our stay. This was on our first night ( Thursday ) although we weren't bothered about the TV, it still wasn't working on the Tuesday when we checked out !!! Just little things like the issues I mentioned put a little dampner on our trip after all the decent reviews that had been left and especially when it was my partners birthday.

Def worth a stay

Lovely new clean appt, easy to access. Light airy and good air con! 20 min walk from the station but easy to get a tram or bus right outside if you dont fancy the walk

The place was exceptionally beautiful, spacious and clean with lots of storage spaces. It was relatively easy to travel to the city centre. Street parking is free on the weekends in Vienna so this would be the perfect place to stay for familes who are planning to visit Vienna on the weekends.

Good location, excellent arartment style

Very clean and large, it's more like apartment. Bed room, fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom are all excellent in condition. The tram and bus stop is just across the street!

Great place for good price!

Great place, new apartment, clean, spacious, safe, parking is limited outside around the apartment location. Good wifi. Laundry room is too small only one washer and one dryer for several apartments. Overall I will stay again.
