The hotel was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made for a comfortable stay. The employees on reception were very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel was situated close to transport links, making it easy to head into the centre of Vienna to explore the city.
The only downside was the lack of coffee in the room, which would have been a welcome touch, especially for those who enjoy a morning cup without having to leave their room and go down to the reception.
