A spacious and elegant apartment with 65m ² and all amenities is waiting for you.
It is perfect for 2 persons but a third person can easily accomodated too. The apartment is located in the 4th floor of a well-maintained residential house next to the Danube Canal, a side arm of the Danube which leads through the Inner City of Vienna. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants.

Next to the apartment is also the Vienna University of Economics and the 'Augarten' Park, home of a porcelain manufactury and the 'Viennese Boys Chor'.

The close Metro and tramway brings you in a few minutes into the center of the city.

The apartment was renovated in 2011, elegantly furnished and equipped with WiFi Internet, 40' HD Flat TV and all small details you need for a relaxing stay.

Spacious clean apartment

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, enough towels, nice furnace and very clean. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Very easy access to transit and grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Location very nice

Apartments was very nice. A great location to explore the city. Kitchen was very useful and ideal to make your own food. The property owner was very helpful and communications were great!

Enjoyable stay

The apartment comes as advertised. Plenty of room for a couple and it’s fully equipped. Neighborhood is quiet with nearby grocery stores and cafes/restaurants that are within walking distance. Public transportation is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Once you figure out the system it is easy to use, but getting to the tourist areas does require changing lines once or twice. Also, at rush hour they can be crowded. Vienna did experience a heat wave while we were there and the apartment does not have air conditioning. The fan provided did help, but not as good as a/c. While other grocery stores were closer, the best one for our needs was Billa, located at the nearby u-bahn stop.

Excellent location and property for our needs

The description was exactly what we experienced. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the hussle and bussle of the big city. The only drawback was a breakdown in communication of our checking in. It would have been nice to meet the owner and get answers to questions about the neighborhood, grocery shopping, etc and use of appliances like the television. If we were to return to Vienna for an extended period of time, this property would be our first choice.

Easy in and Easy Out

This property had a good location. Access to the the Ubahn was fantastic as well as local groceries. This apartment also has a fantastic kitchen that made it easy to cook away from home.

Very satisfied.

Everything worked out great. While somewhat out of the way the closeness to Metro stations made travel easy. We were fully satisfied with our rental and Bernd and Julie, our cleaning lady were very helpful.

Great place to stay to see Vienna

A really good base for exploring Vienna. Lovely warm flat, quiet neighbourhood, grocery shops very close by for essentials. Well equipped kitchen and good shower. Really easy to walk into the centre along the Danube canal (40 mins) or there are 2 metro stations and tram lines close by. Bernd very helpful with any questions we had. If we ever returned to fabulous Vienna we would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment for 2 close to the city

We really enjoyed our stay in Bernd’s Apartment which has excellent facilities near spittleau station. Parking at 3 euros per day is available at the Park and Ride 5 minutes away. It takes 15 minutes into the city. The public transport is excellent. Bernd was really easy to communicate with and answered all our questions

Stylish modern flat in Vienna

This flat is a stylish & comfortable accommodation. Although within the heart of Vienna, the street is very quiet, the neighborhood convenient to shopping & restaurants. The nearest U-bahn station is about a 10-minute walk away and is quite inexpensive & easy to use to travel to other parts of the city & attractions. The u-bahn is also next to the parking garage we used for our car, also conveniently located with very reasonable daily fees. The apartment was immaculate with a comfortable living area, good bed & linens, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove and oven, full-sized fridge & freezer). The Wifi was reliable, and the host provided Netflix for the TV, a nice special feature we enjoyed utilizing. The host was extremely communicative & helpful. He responded to all questions promptly in a very personable way. We can highly recommend this flat for individuals or couples.

Very nice accommodation; friendly and helpful host.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean and well-furnished. We were pleasantly surprised at how conveniently it was located to the underground station, and to economical parking. When we were there it was unseasonably warm. Since there is no cross breeze, I can imagine that ihe apartment may get quite warm at times during the summer. Bernd was most accommodating and helpful with information.

Spacious, imaculate, resful, wonderful!

The apartment is striking with it's space and atmosphere, spotless and well decorated throughout. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The nights were quiet and we really enjoyed it. Everything we needed was provided. The best apartment so far we've been in our travelling experiences. The owner's timely communication was very helpful. All the best to Bernd and family :))

Perfect Spot To Explore Vienna

This apartment is great! So spacious and clean. Just a five minute walk to the metro line and 10 minute ride to city center. Bernd responds right away to any questions you have and he made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Host and great property

You couldnt ask for a nicer place. The layout is very large and bright fully equipped kitchen to make those days you just want coffee or lunch without getting out. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of the train station that will take into the city center in about 10 min just a couple of stops. Bernd was such a gracious host we arrived on Sunday and grocery stores are closed and he ask if he could pick up anything. He picked up my wife and I some drinks for our first night in Vienna. He also helped us with various questions on concerts etc. He has a list of convenient restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this property.

Casa davvero accogliente, il proprietario gentilissimo ci è stato di grande aiuto per il nostro soggiorno e ci ha accolti davanti al portone per consegnarci le chiavi. La casa ha vicino supermercati, farmacie lavanderie, in oltre molto vicino alla metro che porta al centro in un breve lasso di tempo. Dotata di tutti i comfort e accessori, io e la mia ragazza siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti dell'appartamento

Apartamento novo, muito bem decorado, limpo, com todos os acessórios de cozinha, inclusive máquina de café expresso, lavalouças, torradeira. Fogão elétrico excelente, microondas, geladeira e freezer. A localização é muito próxima ao metrô, 5 minutos de caminhada. Supermercado em 2 quarteirões. Nossa estadia foi excelente. Recomendamos com toda certeza. Proprietários muito atenciosos e educados. New apartment, nicely decorated, clean, with all kitchen accessories, including espresso machine, dishwasher, toaster. Excellent electrical stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The location is very close to the subway, 5 minutes walk. Supermarket 2 blocks. Our stay was excellent. We recommend for sure. Owners very attentive and polite. Only lacked owner orientation to dispense the trash, place and day of the week.

Gute Unterkunft in der Brigittenau, ruhig gelegen, ausreichend Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig!) gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit Allem erforderlichen.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung

Super schöne kleine Wohnung. Sauber und ordentlich. Alles da was man braucht, auch an Kleinigkeiten wie sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Regenschirm etc. ist gedacht. Super Smart TV und DVDs, sowie Bücher sind bereit. Auch eine große Badewanne lädt nach einem anstrengenden Sight Seeing Tag zum Baden ein. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, danke!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er reagierte ausgesprochen zügig auf alle Nachrichen. Check-in / Check-out verliefen reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestatet, was man braucht. Die U-Bahn, Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. waren fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Zudem lädt die Lage am Donaukanal zum Spazierengehen ein. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien! und Snacks.

Lage perfekt

von der Lage her sehr gut für eine Städtereise, Parkhaus in fußnähe , ebenso die U-Bahn-Station ( beides knapp 10 min Fußweg). Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert.
