Reception. I called. emailed a few times with flight details etc for shuttle back and from hotel. no response. The staff were not pleasant in hotel we had call reception 1st night because of the noise. And was told it was a night club outside and they refused to change my room or apologise. I contacted Expedia regarding this and they were very disappointed with the situation and also tried calling hotel many times with no response. I certainly would not use this hotel again or recommend it to anyone

This hotel is right down town. Quiet, but just across the river from the action in beautiful Vienna. We were very well cared for there.
