As expected. Clean, simple, transparent. What you see is what you get… unfortunately not cheap because of the holidays, BUT best option for the price, and the location is perfect! The staff is great, you just need to ask, they will offer you the best you can get at current moment. Very flexible. Our forth time. No regrets.

By far the WORST hotel I have stayed in. The self serve check in kiosk didn’t work for anyone who tried. Paper thin walls, the heavy room doors bang shut all morning and night. The staff looked untidy and unprofessional, with facial piercings, wearing hoodies and leggings, and unfriendly, argumentative attitudes. You’d never think they worked there. After a late check in, we realized they had only given us one set of everything between two people - one towel, one blanket, one PILLOW. My partner went down at 1130pm to ask for another set, but had to wait as there was a lady extremely upset and with many more people waiting. She wanted to see a manager and the staff said there was none, and “that’s why this place is a disaster”. A different man helped my partner, asking for our room # and said he would bring up a pillow in 20-30 minutes. We did not find this acceptable, but what choice did we have? After 40 minutes of waiting, my partner went back down at 1230am. The same guy remembered him and said they had been busy and had overbooked the hotel, even paying for a family to stay at the hotel next door. He then again asked for our room # so he could bring it up. Does that mean he didn’t even know what room to bring a pillow to all this time? My partner refused to accept this and said he would wait downstairs. It turns out several guests also had not received any pillows and were also waiting. The man agreed and went to grab the pillows. Why did that need 40 mins? Ridiculous.

Checkin was laborious - we had to type everything into the computer then the computer locked our reservation so we then had to write it out on a registration card. Not a good first impression. Be aware that a 3-person room means a king bed, not three places for people to sleep. Our 10 year old slept on the hard floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. Staff were all friendly.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Truly terrible. Check-in took 1 hour and 10 minutes, and the reception staff were extremely agitated, unprofessional, and openly arguing with each other. Since I don’t speak German, I had no idea what was happening, but it was clear that there was a problem, one staff member was even crying. Their attitude toward guests was shockingly rude, and any question I asked was met with hostility and zero willingness to help. Once I finally received my room, things only got worse. The room was very small, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. We found trash and personal belongings from previous guests, the walls were dirty, and the carpet was stained. The bathroom had empty soap dispensers, and the hall carpets outside the elevators were also filthy. There are other hotels in the area at a similar price point. If you are considering staying here, save yourself the frustration and choose another property. I genuinely do not understand how Radisson allows a hotel like this to operate under their brand.

We booked a room for two adults with a double bed. The hotel, due to overbooking, only had one pillow and a single blanket. The staff advised they had no others, then they called their manager and advised more pillows and blankets were coming but we never saw any. My husband had to use my coat and his for a blanket and a sweater for a pillow. I have never used a hotel that didn’t have enough basic bedding for its guests.

Super basic hotel, budget, budget, budget. A good bed, warm and a TV if that's all you need then it's perfect. No extra in the room, no water, kettle, fridge etc no where to lock up belongings. A place to sleep in and forget about whilst you spend the rest of your time in Vienna. Moderate a review as you can get.
