Pros: Comfortable bed | Power / USB sockets were in the right places | Bluetooth speaker / table! | Kitchen including benchtop space | Big room | Soothing bathroom design with rainforest wallpaper and rain shower | Washers and dryers (3 EUR per wash / dry) downstairs came in very handy | Free coffee from machines on ground floor 7am-4pm | 5min walk from tram stop 15min away from Wien Hauptbahnhof Cons: Reception not being 24/7 (finishes at midnight though there is an emergency phone number) | Felt too quiet / remote from the action (e.g. shops) and not as safe at night, being in the back streets near university campus| St Marx train station not well serviced (trains every 30 min and not directly connected to Wien Hauptbahnhof)

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, quiet and everything needed for my stay was provided. The location was just slightly out of the way enough so as not to be too busy and loud, but still just a couple of blocks from public transportation, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. I would definitely return!

At check-in, there was no welcome, no hello. They saw me and acted as if I didn’t exist. Yet they expect me to be thankful to them. When I left my suitcase with a staff member, he said was “you’re welcome” That was ridiculous and rude. Very unprofessional. and offensive. The room was dirty, and there was no heating or air conditioning. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and could not be turned off. The secondary lock on my room door didn’t work properly, and one of the cups in the kitchen already had water stains on it. My room view faced the courtyard. While waiting for the elevator to check out, someone in the hallway suddenly screamed—at 11 in the morning. There are over a thousand rooms, yet too few elevators. Every time for check-in or check-out, you end up waiting more than 10 minutes. Paying over $260 (per night)for this nonsense was truly a terrible and disappointing experience.

The room was so clean and spacious. Amenities were great and the breakfast was superb. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Just one tram away and you’re in city centre.

This is a really cute themed hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. Location-wise it is not the best. There are no nearby dining or shopping options. It is more of an office area. You would have to take the bus, train or uber to the city center. Our stay was still good though.

The place was nice. Mini kitchen. There is no air conditioning or heating of any sort. We were cold September stay so my husband went to reception to ask about heating, the guy on the desk said it’s controlled centrally, how he asked there is no unit or radiator? We were offered blankets. I m all for saving the planet but when a hotel has 1108 rooms at €120 a night is the CEO saving the planet or his pocket.
