It was a very comfortable place and really close to train station. Basic amenities provided with a complete kitchen. The only challenge was it took as a while to figure out the WiFi connection. Overall, I was pleased with our stay.

Good place to stay in a budget. I liked the location, and it was easy to get around from there. Clean space, but they provided only one super uncomfortable pillow and a very small blanket, so I had a hard time sleeping. I want to thank Renata for her amazing customer service. I arrived before the check-in time, and she was incredibly helpful & nice to me.

Excellent experience at Smartments
We really enjoyed staying at Smartments apartments. Its location next to the Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) was quite convenient, and having a kitchenette was a great bonus. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the walls were sound proof. We got more toilette paper from the supplies room using our room key when we ran out. Purchasing coffee was also easy at the front desk for the espresso machine in the room. The front desk was helpful and answered all our questions during the week but there was nobody in the weekend. Only incident we saw was one of the tenants got stuck in the elevator during the weekend, and it took a while till she was saved. We stopped using the elevator after that incident just in case. We will definitely go there again if we ever return to Vienna.

For the price, this place was great. The only thing I didn't like were the one pillow for the bed (it was flat and a bit uncomfortable), but otherwise I was very pleased.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years and were eager to stay here again on our first post-Covid trip to Vienna. As always, the whole set-up was excellent and a joy to experience. I can't recommend this place too highly if you want a great holiday at a VERY reasonable price.

Vienna is an incredible city and SMARTments Wien Hauptbahnhof is conveniently located by central station. The only issue was when housekeeping came by we requested that they come the following day. They never returned as scheduled, and clean towels during a 8 day stay would have been nice.

Very convenient location by the modern train station. The bathroom was immaculate. Automated check-in worked well. I was very happy with everything about this place. However, since they don't have A/C I would not stay here in the summer. The building was plenty warm in December.
