Fantastic location. Quiet, well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. My daughter celebrated a birthday while staying at the hotel and they surprised her with a small cake at breakfast, making it a special stay.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the politeness and professionalism of the staff — both were excellent throughout my stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. Room service took over an hour, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I was uncomfortable to see a guest inappropriately undressed in the pool area, which I feel should have been addressed by staff for the comfort of all guests.
