Wonderful old hotel which has been maintained to a very high standard. Staff superb- friendly, helpful and attentive. The manager is a great ambassador for the hotel - a really nice person. Wonderful Hotel ideally situated within the Ringstrasse with great shopping and restaurants close by. Also within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions in Vienna i.e. Sisi Museum, Spanish Riding School, Opera, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the National Museum. Very accommodating staff, great breakfast and large and very comfortable rooms. Would definitely look forward to staying there the next visit to Vienna.
