Room service was great, location excellent and so close to all sights but it was a little noisy as we were next to the elevator. The bathroom was too small but all as expected given the age of the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Junior suite with historical style + AC and in room nespresso & lounging area - we didn't eat at the hotel, since we wanted to explore restaurants in the area, of which there are many - centrally located, which allows you to walk to most of the sight seeing areas and all of the shopping - 5 min walk to the State Opera or to the mtg point for most paid tours - many great restaurants within 1min - 10 min walk

The staff was new and didn’t know a lot of area, which I understand, but she didn’t seek out help from other staff. She will learn I am sure, but it left us trying to figure things out on our own. But the property was quaint and in the perfect locution.
