Hotel fine staff very good. Easily spotable from one side of station. Metro about 10 mins. Nothing to see in this area but excellent location for more transport links. !0 mini plus walking distance becomes more interesting less business like. Metro better than taxi for old town as traffic that bad takes longer & much pricier. Cafe Centrale poss need to book or wait 20-30 mins other very good cafes. 4 day stop Vienna plenty to do excluding Bratislava about 1 hour away

Warned them that I would be arriving late and "mistakenly" they gave my room to someone else. Not fun when you arrive at 4 in the morning and giving them a heads up three times this was happening. They did taxi me to another location and back but again not happy with the time this happened.

Perfect combination of location and accommodation

Great hotel—friendly accommodating front desk (slightly early check in), good-sized comfortable room, nice and quiet. All these things should be enough but then to top it off, the Leonardo is perfectly located by the main train station—it’s a five minute walk, and for an early morning train, every minute makes a difference. Will definitely stay here again and will consider Leonardo hotels in other European cities as well!

Loved our stay here. Staff were so kind & helpful as I needed to make urgent phone calls & send a suitcase home. I didn’t want to leave. Location perfect. We walked almost everywhere: Schönbrunn, Stephansplatz, Volksoper. Got used to the streets & districts. Having station so close was wonderful as caught early train to Bratislava. Breakfast was terrific. Wish Virag all the best :)
