The staff was excellent. Very helpful with ideas and directions to the city. I didn’t take the breakfast option so I can’t tell you what that’s like. Bring soap! They never filled the containers in my room but I always bring soap with me since I dislike hotel soap anyway. Coffee was good. The access to the Tram right outside the hotel is like insanely convenient! The lobby is nice also. I spent my time reading books and had free apples they put out and tea/coffee. I’d stay here again.

Hotel Niu is modern and comfortable. The room is nice, with a comfortable bed. We missed having a fridge and more space to store our clothes, but this did not spoil our experience. All the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good, with many options, but a little expensive. Transportation was very convenient; the main attractions in the center of Vienna were easily reached by tram (less them 20 min). I recommend the accommodation.

Excellent breakfast! Huge plus the train is right outside. Would recommend bringing earplugs in case a room is assigned at the back of the building where the train passes through, was pretty noisy at times. Other than that excellent stay!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless, perfectly clean, and very well maintained. The room was tidy and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. What made my stay truly special was the staff. The personnel were incredibly easy-going, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Their positive attitude created such a warm atmosphere that I immediately felt at home. Every interaction was pleasant, and they were always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was a really lovely stay, and I would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

I thought this hotel was great. The hotel and room were both modern. The room itself had enough room and we had our son with us and the extra bed for him was really spacious. We liked that there was a safe, internet and tv you could chrome cast to all included. The location was great as there was a tram line right outside but it was also only a walk to the beautiful Danube. The hotel staff were really friendly and it had a small shop of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. I can definitely recommend it as a good base to stay for a Vienna visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, comfortable bed & very quiet. Pleasant 30 minutes walk into the city, you can walk via a park & market.
