I was a solo traveler on business. I was placed in a room next to two families with kids that were very loud and kept slamming the doors all the time. Couldn’t rest! On top of that they do not have a phone on the room, so in order for me to address it I had to go down to the lobby, very inconvenient … Shower was very uncomfortable, the shower cover glass was too short, couldn’t shower normal because water was coming out on the floor

We had a deluxe suite and it was honestly such a home from home and welcome break from busy city break. Spotless, tasteful - loved going back for my afternoon reset nap. Staff were lovely, very friendly. Location was superb for the Christmas markets - not right on top of them, but 10 minute walk. Also being in Josefstadt, there were a couple of fabulous resetaurants very close by - Marionhof and Fromme Helene. Both recommended. I also loved the whole theatre vibe and decor. Breakfasts were marvellous. Can't fault.

So everything was OK. The elevator wasn’t working but they were trying to get it fixed but still not working after 2 days. Things happen. I am not singing for that The hot water is an issue. You have enough for 1 quick shower and that’s it!!! We tried early in the morning and late in the morning. It didn’t matter. You charge premium prices, the. I want hot water Breakfast was meh. Served the same thing 3 days in a row. And I am not talking fresh. It was reheated from yesterday. Try the breakfast the first time to see if you want to commit. If it was me, had enough and would go down the street

Good customer service and location. The only downsides were the room temperature and the shower. Other than opening the window, we couldn’t set the temperature lower and keeping the window opened meant waking up at night to close and at some point to reopen. The showerhead doesn’t stay in the middle and ends up splashing water on the floor.

The room was recently remodeled, clean and comfortable. Although our room was facing the street, it was fairly quiet at night on the weekend. Located within walking distance of several metro stations and sights. Breakfast was a nice convenience.

Overall such a wonderful stay, lovely staff, beautiful decor and great room atmosphere. Amazingly quiet but still so close to the city just walking basically in a straight line, so couldn’t really ask for a better place! Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Very satisfied with my stay, beautiful and clean rooms Bad things theres no phone to connect with the reception team u need to go to them every time and it was inconvenient that reception was off 10evening till next day, our flight was at noght when we arrived there was no reception and the doors wasnt opening do se need to wait at night with my 4 year old trying to figure out what to do,waited for2,5 hours till expedia employee connected with the management. Super frustrating but the next day One of the receptionist her name was Sara helped me with everything,she was really nice

The place to stay in Central Vienna

The location of the hotel close to the Vienna town hall was excellent. With the double glazing, noise was minimal and the good thick curtains + shutters and well isolated rooms ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were superlative - could not spend less then 50 mins there!

Easy access to places of interest.

From December 23 to 28 2024 Excellent staff reception. This hotel has a special ambiance, and we loved it. The room was big, the bed and pillows comfortable and relaxing, but we found the bathtub inconvenient. The breakfast was fabulous, with a different choice for everyone. The staff was always perfect, very attentive and professional. I recommend the hotel.
