Voici un avis détaillé: Les + : 2 chambres séparés et un lit superposé pour des enfants jeunes, rénové récemment et ok pour l'équipement de cuisine Les - : Demande de frais supplémentaires de ceux indiqués, j'ai été ok pour la taxe de séjour mais pas le reste. Je suis restée sur le prix indiqué sur ma réservation. Le ton du fils de la propriétaire a monté en me menancant de ne pas me donner les clefs ou de me laisser dormir sur la terrasse avec mes enfants. J'ai demandé un remboursement des nuits qui a été refusé. Finalement, après 1 heure, ils ont accepté de ne pas me faire payer ces frais supplémentaires non définis lors de la réservation. Par la suite, pas d'excuse. Le soir même comme ils habitent au dessus, énormément de bruit, des personnes parlant forts, laissant grincer les chaises au sol. Très irrespectueux ! Bref pour moi un attrape touriste - Très bruyant à l'extérieur, il y a une route qui passe au bord de la propriété et dont la circulation commence dès 6h du matin. Bref, lieu pas du tout reposant. - Enfin, les photos montrent un lieu très lumineux, en réalité il n'y a qu'une fenetre qui donne sur la terrasse couverte, donc de l'intérieur vous vivez avec la lumière tout le temps, même avec un très beau soleil dehors. Aucune lumière ne rentre dans l'appartement. Les photos sont donc trompeuses sur ce point. - Lieu cher comparativement au service obtenu et à tous les autres hôtels, airbnb ou bed and breakfast des Pouilles. Passez votre chemin !
