Staff was VERY unfriendly and uncooperative. Checking was supposed to be at 2 pm. We have to wait until 4pm. The receptionist at the front desk checked-in like several people who arrived after despite the fact that we arrived at 130 pm. I felt DISCRIMINATED. All customers who arrived after us were Italian. When questioned, apparently our room was the only one not ready. The receptionist was also arrogant and all of her answers or comments came with a nasty attitude. As an American, I DON’T RECOMMEND this place. We gave them business and that didn’t seem to mind at all.
