This apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

The living room has a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, making it convenient to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first and second bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third has a single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Vila do Conde is a charming coastal town located in the northern part of Portugal. It is part of the Greater Porto area and along the Atlantic Ocean.

Has a rich history dating back to Roman times. Over the centuries, it has been influenced by various cultures and civilizations, including the Moors and the Christian conquerors.

The town features a mix of historic and contemporary architecture, and the São João Baptista Fort, the Santa Clara Monastery, and the Aqueduct are examples of well-preserved buildings and landmarks.

One of the main attractions of Vila do Conde is its beautiful coastline and sandy beaches, like Praia de Azurara and Praia de Mindelo, which are suitable for relaxation and water sports.

Like many places in Portugal, the town offers a delectable selection of local cuisine. Seafood dishes, like grilled sardines and codfish, are trendy.

As for shopping, Vila do Conde is home to the Vila do Conde The Style Outlets, a large shopping complex with numerous national and international brands offering discounted products.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, São Brás, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
