Welcome to 22V3 by AlgarveManta, a V3 house located in a condominium with a common pool, about 350 meters from Manta Rota Beach and with easy access to various local amenities, such as cafes, restaurants, supermarket and ATM. This spacious and fully equipped refuge is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay in the Algarve.
The property develops over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room and dining room in an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and access to a private North-facing patio, equipped with a barbecue, sink, outdoor shower, table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. The first floor has two suites, both with double beds, built-in wardrobes and balconies facing North and South. In the attic, there is a third bedroom, also with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In total, the house offers four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for up to six guests.
The kitchen includes a combined refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning throughout the area, Wi-Fi access, and MEO TV, providing comfort and entertainment throughout the stay.
The outdoor spaces include a balcony and garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the weather and outdoor meals. The privileged location allows you to reach the beach in just 3 minutes on foot, and is also close to attractions such as Ria Formosa (1 km away) and several golf courses nearby. Faro airport is about 60 km away, facilitating access.
