Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 50 per stay (for stays between 29 December and 1 January)
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and debit cards. Cash is not accepted. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector in all accommodation. The property is professionally cleaned. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result, or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and over, and the test must have been administered no more than 48 hours prior to check-in. COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and over; guests must have received complete vaccination at least 30 days prior to check-in.

• Please note that this property can refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, which include pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
• Up to 3 children aged 2 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
