the service was seriously great. very helpful and friendly! it was just their wifi and dstv services was not as advertised. the last 4 days we had no dstv, in the rooms only, which was unacceptable. they "cleaned" the room everyday until we complained then it got cleaned properly. also, you could not order anything you wanted from the hotel's food menu - they kept saying "we dont have that".

Amazing Villa's except for wifi

The beach side villas are amazing and breath taking. The kitchen utensils are very thoughtfully considered and the cleaners are pleasant and focussed. However, the villas offer free wifi-but what they do not say is that you have to leave your villa and go to the main building to access free wifi.
