Wonderful residential complex.

Spacious and bright apartment ideal for all types of guests, located 200 m. from the beach (Cala de Finestrat). Own parking space. In front of the house there is a Consum supermarket, a bus stop to Benidorm and all kinds of services.

The residential complex has: swimming pool, gym with all kinds of machines, paddle tennis, tennis, football and basketball courts, multipurpose room with ping-pong table, children's play area and large garden areas.

The area is very quiet and with beautiful green areas. There are all kinds of restaurants, pharmacies, bank branches, and the Mall "La Marina" 3 minutes by car.

The bus stop that connects with Benidorm and the other nearby areas is a few meters away.

Home from home in a lovely apartment

Excellent experience staying at this lovely apartment. We was greeted by the owner to show us around and give us tips about the local area. The apartment was very clean and well looked after. Everything you need for a family stay. The pool area is very well maintained and clean with lots of space. There are no sunbeds provided but there’s plenty of shops locally selling them cheap. Location was perfect for us traveling with my grandma as well as my young children. About 200m from walk from the beach and a good supermarket across the road. A car is not necessary but we had one to explore a little more. We loved the area as it’s quiet but still has plenty available about. Overall I would stay here again and we would like to thank the owner for a wonderful stay :)
