I stayed at a villa and the conditions of the villa was ok overall. There were some essential cooking utensils missing such a frying pan , etc. I’ll definitely go back to stay at this resort.

Front desk Tomas worst people person Jimmy at front door was the best in staff for sure. 7021 upon arrival.... kitchen faucet flooding counter. Dirty including hot tub that doesn't work. WD door broken. Carpet gross. Tub gross. Window inspection decals still on windows with algae growing on outside of windows. Front desk would not charge out the villa.

Overall it was a fun time. We were disappointed in our condo, though. We had requested a room with two double or queen beds for a family with two young children, but didn't get it. So four people slept in a king bed downstairs. I made the request several times before our stay. Three other families we went with all had the two beds in one of the rooms and only one actually needed it. Also there were several things wrong in the condo, only one very small pot, very limited utensils and pots and pans, the shower knob in the master bath was real hard to turn on and the soap and shampoo containers were on the floor making it hard to use for an adult.It definitely needed some minor repairs. I was very impressed with the staff, though. They were all very friendly and worked hard to accommodate. I would come back but would not book that condo.

Spacious unit and beautiful grounds/waterview. Room cleanliness and Details could be attended to more. Noisy at night as parties around the harbor village went on way past 10:00pm.

Let me start by highlighting the positives. The villas are very nice and spacious, and the staff at the front desk, as well as the doormen, were consistently polite and welcoming. However, there were a few things that were disappointing. The villa was not as clean as expected — the bathroom had some mold, and the floors felt a bit dirty. Additionally, I had an unpleasant experience with a woman at the café in the main building. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she was rude and condescending, which left a bad impression. For the price, I expected a higher standard overall — especially in terms of cleanliness and customer service.

I have been going to Hawk’s Cay since the year is opened 40+ years ago. I have been on the property over a dozen times. This past trip, we stayed in the Villas and had no water and had bugs in the room, which is unacceptable for what we are paying for, let alone in any hotel room. I will be contacting the resort with my complaints immediately to alert them of the issues.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. The main hotel was beautifully decorated, and the food at both restaurants was excellent. The staff was kind and friendly. However, we stayed in the “Sunset Villas,” and unfortunately, the unit we were in was not in the best condition and felt extremely outdated. The bathtub was partially clogged, causing the water to drain slowly. Additionally, everything was quite dusty, and the carpet on the stairs was stained.

Overall pools were great as was the location. Staff were friendly and it was very good for kids. Children’s area was fun for kids but very run down. I believe they are replacing the splash pad soon so this may improve. I was disappointed in the quality of the room. Our unit had cracked furniture with many water stains. The carpet was pulling up and there were insufficient pots and pans for cooking.
