At the gateway to the Pyrenees, in a residential area of Villeneuve-de-Rivière, this recently built, single-story villa faces south, is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The 1000m² enclosed plot features attractive landscaping and two terraces, one covered and facing south with views of the Pyrenees mountain range, including the Pic du Gar and the Cagire, and the other facing north. There is also a courtyard and a garage (with electric gates). The villa is 2km from the Garonne River (a stop on the Via Garona hiking trail, part of the Way of St. James) and 5km from Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, exhibition center, cinema). Aspet (20km), Luchon (45km), and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (17km) are all within easy reach. Hiking, activities, and sightseeing are available nearby: Gorges de la Save (swimming) 18km away, Montréjeau lake and golf course 10km away, Cardeilhac Arboretum Forest 11km away, Montmaurin Museum 15km away, and Bonnefont Abbey in Comminges 22km away.
