Lovely propery

Stayed here for sons wedding at the venue above the casino A very convenient walk of less than 5 minutes and about 10 minutes into town. The property was very cosy with a lovely garden and off Road parking. Only 2 mins walk to beach and sea view from upstairs balcony. Next time will have to come in the summer when weather better!!

Lovely but dirty house

This could have been the easiest 5 start review! The house is really well located in a quiet street 10 mins walk from the center of Villers-sur-mer. It's a nice big property with all that you need for your holidays. There is however one massive issue: it's not clean. The plates, cutlery, any cooking utensils or pans, all still have marks, crumbs or grease on them. There are spiders and spiderwebs in every corner of every room. The floors had definitely not been washed, let alone vacuumed. At least (thankfully) the linen that was provided was clean. When we were shown to the property, the concierge showed us around and flushed the toilets whilst mentioning that the owners had been there just before us... We discovered an accumulation of orange peels in the kettle...!! All water was boiled either in a pan or the microwave for the duration of our stay!

Villers sur mer est une très belle petite station balnéaire - authentique et pas aussi bondée et embellée que ses villages voisins peut-être plus connus.La petite maison est confortable et idéale pour quatre personnes. La courte distance de la plage est idéale pour les amateurs de natation et permet de se baigner dans la mer même par temps modéré. La maison dispose d'un beau grand jardin et d'une grande terrasse avec une vue fantastique sur la mer - en résumé, un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

vacances familiales

Nous avons loué cette maison pour la 3e fois fin Août et nous finissons par croire que c'est notre maison de famille. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et de grands placards sont à notre disposition. Le séjour est très agréable et donne sur une terrasse ou nous avons pu déjeuner tous les jours et profiter du barbecue dans le jardin. A notre disposition, lave-linge, sèche linge, congélateur etc... Nous avons été très gâtés par le temps cette année... Par ailleurs, la plage étant à 2 minutes, on peut oublier les voitures garées dans le jardin. Merci à Monsieur Grosjean de nous faire profiter de sa chaleureuse maison. A l'année prochaine !

Charmante maison pour un séjour en famille

Quelques jours pour profiter de l'air de la mer en famille, cette belle maison, très agréable à vivre, nous a beaucoup plu par sa propreté, son exposition, sa localisation et son jardin ! Bon accueil et agréable échange avec son propriétaire. Petit plus qui a son importance, la literie est bonne !

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Tolles Haus mit Garten. Der Garten und die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und 50 m vom tollen Strand sind super. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet, Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden. Der Ort Villers hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war deutlich entspannter als die Nachbarorte. Die Sauberkeit war mittel bis ok, das Interieur und das Küchengeschirr wirkte doch sehr veraltet und sollte dringend erneuert werden, Pfannen, Töpfe und Messer waren doch eher aus Großmutters Zeiten. Hier empfehlen wir einen Großeinkauf in der Küchenabteilung von Ikea.... Die Elektrogeräte waren alle neu, gut und intakt. Weniger gut fanden wir, dass das Haus mit alten, vertaubten Büchern zugestellt war, die Schränke und die Badezimmer waren belegt mit fremder Kleidung und Kosmetik, das wirkte eher unappetitlich und muss bei Vermietung nicht sein. Eher nichts für Allergiker. Die Lage, die Terrasse, der Ort und der Garten, machen das alles wett, für den Preis wäre noch Luft nach oben - 3,5 Sterne von 5. A, 18.7.2023

Geniale Lage, schöner Garten

Für uns mit Kleinkind war die Lage perfekt, ruhig, nah beim Strand und Innenstadt. Der Garten ist sehr schön, das Haus gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es Minuspunkte bei der Sauberkeit. Die Bettwäsche war zwar gewaschen, aber trotzdem erwarte ich gerade bei dem Preis dass diese fleckenfrei ist. (Wir bekamen diese aber gewechselt!) Das Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher schmeckte nach Essig. Im Großen Ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend!

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Haus, von der Dachterasse Blick auf das Meer! Eine super Terrasse und ein Garten, in dem man auch immer Schatten finden kann. Ich würde es empfehlen für 2 Paare, aber auch sechs Personen, wenn es familiär ist. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - wir konnten immer alles kochen, was uns in den Sinn kam. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, er kümmert sich auch um Concierge vor Ort, falls er nicht verfügbar ist. Auch wenn die Fotos nicht ganz dem Zustand entsprechen - man merkt, dass der Vermieter sein Haus liebt. Wir haben es auch geliebt. :) Merci, Francis!

Très agréable séjour!

Emplacement idéal, très calme : à 30m de la mer et à 10 mn à pied des commerçants. Maison très fonctionnelle, propre. Literie impeccable. Photos conformes. La vue de la terrasse est top, escalier extérieur très pratique. Le jacuzzi était non fonctionnel mais comme nous préférons la mer, cela ne nous a pas contrariés!

Mitigés : Rapport qualité/prix en dessous de nos attentes

Retour plutôt positif de notre séjour car la maison reste pratique pour une famille de 3 enfants de (13 à 7 ans). Nous restons cependant déçus par le rapport qualité/prix de la location. Au tarif pleine saison, nous espérions une location mieux entretenue, plus soignée dans le rangement (placards et penderies non vidés), et avec une literie plus confortable. Le petit bureau est un couchage d’appoint. Aussi, contrairement à ce qu’indiquait le titre l’annonce, le jacuzzi n’était pas en service pour des raisons sanitaires semble-t-il… Nous aurions fortement apprécié être prévenus à l’avance, et non pas découvrir ce manquement à l’arrivée...

Bon séjour bel endroit petits soucis de domotique

Bon séjour dans une maison très bien située et conçue. Jardin agréable et rue calme. On peut dormir en écoutant la mer ! Pas de chance avec une panne de lave vaisselle (matériel remplacé) et il faudrait penser à laisser le mode d emploi du lit pliable :-). Idéal pour séjour à 4, comme c’est une maison habitée il y a quelques affaires du prioritaire ça peut surprend si on ne s’y attend pas.

Vacances à la Meridienne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, idéalement placée surtout avec des enfants : la plage est à moins de 50 mètres et les commerces à moins de 500 mètres. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le jardin est grand, magnifique et très fleuri et parfaitement clos, donc sécurisant avec des enfants. La terrasse et son hauvent extrêmement agréables pour les repas dehors ou nous avons profité du très beau barbecue . Tout aurait pu être parfait, mais il y a un gros bémol à apporter . D'abord, je ne vois pas l'intérêt de signaler dans la description l existence d un jacuzzi, puisque celui ci ne fonctionne pas. Petite déception, description de l'annonce légèrement mensongère donc. Mais surtout la propreté de la maison laisse vraiment à désirer. Le congélateur est rempli d aliments personnels congelés " maison" . L intérieur des placards de cuisine et du cellier est sale, cela fait longtemps que les étagères n ont pas vu une éponge. Ces paclards et tiroirs sont remplis d 'ustensiles couverts de poussière grasse, de vieilleries sales et inutilisables, de boîtes de condiments sales et périmés...Bref , on a passé un bon séjour mais un tri et nettoyage de grande ampleur s impose.
