I wasn’t particularly impressed with the hotel overall, especially the housekeeping. After the first night, the bedroom bin was full and wasn’t emptied. On the second day, the towels I had left on the bathroom floor, as instructed by the hotel’s own notice, weren’t replaced or removed. The tea and coffee provisions were also disappointing. On arrival, there was only one coffee sachet and one standard tea bag, with no milk pods or alternatives, and these weren’t replenished during my stay. It all felt a bit poor. The location is good, which was the main positive, but overall I expected better for the brand.
