Pésima experiencia, no recomiendo

The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent

Excelente opción en Viña del Mar

Pasamos tres noches muy agradables en el hotel. Está muy bien ubicado, se puede caminar a muchos lugares, tiene estacionamiento incluído, y restaurant con muy buena carta. Nos gusta mucho hospedarnos aquí
