Villa Carlos, Primera Linea DE MAR CON Piscina Y Jardin

A beautiful villa both inside and out, recently renovated, very spacious, perfect for large groups and families. Outside, it features a stunning 200-square-meter pool with a beach area and beautiful landscaping, meticulously maintained, set in a huge garden covering more than 1,000 square metres. The interior of the house is bright, with a clean and tasteful decor, and a large open-concept kitchen connected to the living room and billiards room. There are 5 double bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms) and a children’s bedroom, also with a private bathroom. It is located in a very quiet residential area and less than 100 metres from the sea. The house is fully air-conditioned and has indoor parking for up to 5 cars. Without a doubt, one of the best villas in southern Castellón.

Excellent villa with an exceptional pool. 5mins from the beach

This is a great villa. The local beach is only 5 mins away, has a shower and is pebbly so those rubber beach shoes are essential.

Lebensmittelladen 300 Meter entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen
