My recent stay at the Harbor Landing Resort was an outstanding experience. The resort's location is impeccable, and the recent upgrades to the hotel facilities are highly commendable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Dammar Jackson, whom I understand to be the location's manager. During my check-in, a complication arose with my reservation. Mr. Jackson demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a commitment to customer service, going above and beyond to rectify the situation, make the necessary adjustments, and ensure my refund was processed correctly. His proactive and accommodating approach turned a potential issue into a seamless and positive resolution, which significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The staff was friendly. The kitchen and loungue space was great once i finally utilized it. Also - location, location, location. You are close to so much here, including the ferry port, bus line, and food as well as local shopping. Bed was smaller than i assumed based on photo.

Cozy

The staff at the property were friendly and the room and shared spaces were very clean. It's a great place to stay especially if you want to get your own groceries, cook for yourself, and explore the surrounding area. It's in a great location by the ferry and bus, too.
