nice cottage in a quiet neighborhood everything is as advertised. Third bedroom is in the unfinished basement which we didn’t realize, but a nice separate space to host. Kitchen had significant amount of ants. Potentially a number of skunks living under the house or next door which any be difficult if children or animals staying at the house. The house has a good amount of pots and pans but things like shampoo, bath soap, salt, pepper is not provided.

Wonderful host and great property

Stayed here for a weeklong vacation. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped with all manner of pots/pans/servewear/etc. outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes’ drive to town. Mike was very easy to work with and an accommodating host. Highly recommend!
