This property is brand new and beautiful, its 10 miles from Zion so please prepare. There is not a lot in the area for food and nothing walkable. Breakfast was very good, clean and offered gluten free options, very nice!

The hotel was too far from civilization. The hotel was very clean, but it was not what we wanted. Stayed one night and booked at a best western in Springdale, Utah. The hotel was not friendly and the place was enormous which was not what we wanted. The grounds were beautiful though.

The setting and exterior are gorgeous. The rooms and interior of the hotel are cold, stark, and lack amenities. It felt like an outdated Motel 8 on the inside. Housekeepers didn't come despite requesting it. Not our favorite
