Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was ocean front and on the Board Walk. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. We parked in the hotel garage on day one and walked everywhere. The hotel rooms was large and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

I didn't like that stay at the hotel because there was a lot of noise in the hallway, they didn't let me sleep, there was a lot of noise all night, I had 2 girls with me and they didn't sleep either, they were very scared and that was what I didn't like, they even came to push my door again on 2 occasions and that's no excuse for having done that because we were all scared here in the room and I need to see how I can get a refund for my stay in my room or can they make me uh another day in the hotel without me being able to pay for my stay, I don't know how we could uh solve this problem

Excellent !!!! We stayed for a week in March. The hotel was super clean and newly renovated. Our room was beautiful, bed was excellent and the view…. Wow the view of the ocean was stunning! The gym was good, small rack of new dumbbells. Superior location walk out the back door and your in the boardwalk and the beach. (Lots of dolphins playing in the surf) Breakfast was the standard “free breakfast” and at times there were homeless that walked in from the main entrance and snuck last the front desk and stole food. I’m not sure how to solve that issue? One final thing if you’re vacationing in VA Beach be aware that most restaurants charge automatic 18% gratuity on every order whether it’s take out or dine in. But, they also include the tip line so we paid one waitress 36% tip before we realized the scam. Very shady

Perfect beach front. Walking up and seeing the ocean was great. Fully remodeled rooms. The biggest issue was the noise from the hallway and our room smelled strongly of pot from the connecting room. The staff were nice about it but didn't do anything. The beds were also uncomfortable - glad we only stayed 1 night. But the ocean view was awesome.

Hunter was so helpful at check in and extremely friendly. We ended up with an unexpected upgrade which was super exciting. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. Saw tons of dolphins!

This property is an excellent choice. The staff in all areas of the operation was incredibly kind helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very nice. The indoor pool area was very nice and accessible. I had an issue with the heater in our room and the repair person came up right away and when it was determined that the unit was broken, he took care of getting a switch to a new room and brought us a luggage cart to be able to move our Belongings very quickly. The room that we were moved to was an even nicer room and we were very thankful for the help we received. I would stay here again anytime
