The room smelled like someone kept a hamster in there for a while, it was gross. The balcony and bedroom were nice. The couch bed sucked so we squished 6 people in 2 queen sized beds so sleep was horrible. Kitchen sink sprayed water everywhere and the faucet came out of the sink when we’d shut it off. Toilet was a push button on top but button barely wanted to push and would pop out completely often. Shower made a horribly loud scream when you’d turn the pressure up at all. First night the pool was great, small but worked. Second night my kids could barely swim it was so cold since they were filling it with their hose.

not worth the money

This place was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, there was hair on the bed and on the sink and toilet in the bathroom. We asked them to clean the room, and while they might’ve taken the hair off the bed, they left the same stained sheets and didn’t touch the bathroom. We even had to request a shower curtain as it wasn’t there to begin with. The room itself was not clean. Sand was all over the floor, the balcony glass and mirrors were covered in fingerprints, and everything just felt grimy. The whole building is really outdated and poorly maintained. The hallway leading to our room smelled strongly of pee. We ended up buying Clorox wipes to give everything a once over before we felt comfortable even using the bathroom. While the room had a kitchenette, there weren’t any pots, pans, utensils, or even cups …so it wasn’t very usable. On top of all that, they charged us a surprise $15 per day “resort fee” when we checked in. Despite the money we paid everything felt like the lowest quality possible. Don’t trust the photos online they’re very misleading. We won’t be coming back.

The place looks a The rooms are not bad , they are a nice size but the sofa looked kinda dirty and the pullout mattress was terrible ... found a new condom under the couch which kinda grossed me out but just cleaned it myself other than that the room looked clean, it has a decent size fridge and kitchen are but its not equipped with pots or cups or utensils so make sure to take your own

I spent a week here, the very ew is amazing!! Some of the guest were very loud and it was heard from my room clear as day. Housekeeping was attentive the first couple of days but after that I was on my own. No trash removal or cleaning of any kind was done during the week. Sort of disappointed. The night stand was listing so badly you couldn’t put anything on it or it would have slid off. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the balcony overlooking the ocean was the highlight of my stay. The staff was very friendly and greeted me every time I walked in.

Charged $40 “resort fee” upon check in. Costs an extra $40 per person to use the pool. Door leading out to patio was wide open when we entered our room. Back door shut only with lock positioned at certain angle. All locks in front door of the room were broken and the lock cover was not secure and you could see directly in our room. Hair in the wall in the bathroom. Sand throughout bedroom. Absolutely disgusting hotel

Inadequate parking, terrible customer service. I informed the manager about dirty towels and wash cloths in my room and she did nothing. One morning their staff banged on my door to tell me I had to move my car, when the night shift guy told me that I could park in that space. Parking was very tight and limited. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me to.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. The two beds in the bedroom are comfortable, the mattress on the pullout couch is absolutely awful and you can feel every spring, extremely hard to sleep on and uncomfortable. Air conditioning worked well, room stayed nice and cool even on the recent very hot days. Can hear other guest, and street traffic unfortunately we had neighbneighbors who thought appropriate to blast music and scream at eachother until early morning hours, which we could hear with ease. There's only one elevator for all rooms, and it isn't kept very clean, at one point during our stay someone had vomited in the elevator rendering it useless until cleaned, which is unfavorable when you have a stroller and cannot use the stairs. They painted the exterior walls, and didn't put up wet paint signs, so my 10 year old ruined a brand new hoodie. Its an okay property, we probably won't stay here again, but for the price it could be worse.

had high hopes but 1st room tvs didnt work 2nd room was dirty hair everywhere sofa looked like a bum been living on it. no internet in the rooms was told i have the best connection room for internet. no towels for the pool. ur only given 1 towel a day for housekeeping!! for a family of 5! the ac dont work either they did have someone come look after the lobby.was 97 degrees

The photos online are deceptive. The room is very small. Our phone didn’t work. Outlet covers were missing from receptacles. The smell of pot was so strong in our room from people all over getting high that it was concerning to say the least. The only redeeming factor of the hotel was the staff and their friendliness and willingness to communicate. Although this stay was affordable it was by far not worth the cost savings for the propensity to have a contact buzz, the insanely uncomfortable pull out bed, the insane bug issue on the balcony from the lights and bugs, the seriously small outdoor pool, the cramped quarters for a family stay and the fridge door with the hinges on the wrong side so that no one could open a fridge without rearranging a room. Kids couldn’t use their Nintendo ds with the tv because of no availability of grounded outlets anywhere near the tv.
