This property is definitely older and could use a little face lift but for the location and price it was great. It is dog friendly as well. Parking spots are a bit small and tight. This is not a luxury room by any means but I don't go to a beach to stay in a room.

When we first pulled up we both were a bit iffy about the appearance. However, once we got into our room and checked everything out we realized it really wasn’t as bad as we thought. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The staff were honestly the greatest. Always helpful, accommodating, polite and kept up a decent conversation. It was the perfect location could see the Neptune statue and the pier from our room. Thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!

This is a typical oceanside hotel at Virginia Beach. Many old fixtures and rooms that could use a makeover but you can see they are trying. What made this a 5 star stay was the hot water in the shower and the water PRESSURE. Most places we have stayed have had enough warm water but abysmal water pressure. The location is a block from one of our favorite places(Murphys) and only a 3 block walk to the Neptune Statue where there is a bandstand and live entertainment and Catch 31 for sri KS and outdoor fireplaces to sit around. I would stay here again.
