We drove 11 hours and had emailed the property upon leaving our house that we would like to have early check in (something that’s never been a problem previously). Upon arrival we were told that our room was not ready and didn’t end up getting checked in until 4pm. The parking is a block away but thankfully the property gives you a pass to park free in the garage. The property is beautiful, although it does not state that the pool on site is 21 , which was disappointing for my child. However, there is a pool next door to use. There was issues with one of the elevators so it took ages to get to/from floors. The staff was amazing though!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The only inconvenience was that one of the elevator wasn't working. So it take a longer to get back and forth to our room.

The staff was helpful. My poor rating on service was the balcony wasn’t accessible. The elevators didn’t work. Was stuck on our floor for a while before using the employee elevator and sometimes the steps. Then only one elevator worked the rest of the time which was constantly congested. We spent alot of money to stay there. This is not how to treat guests. No maid service either.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The wall decor at front desk was dated and falling off. The front entrance was very small and felt dated. The only indoor pool was only 21 and up and it didn’t advertise that on the hotel listing. Parking was 2 blocks away. Only two elevators and always a wait. The biggest issue was that the room although clean smelled like rotten fish the entire weekend. The two bedroom suite was more like two adjoining rooms with the door in between being broken at the latch like someone broke into it. We stayed in 626A/626B. The view from this room however was awesome.

My son loved the pools and while I didn’t get to take advantage of the tiki bar how fun! Pocahontas Breakfast spot was on point as well. In walking distance of everything!

We stay here, or the sister hotel Hilton Beach Club, often. We enjoy them! This trip I did have a few small things. 1st we paid to have a room with a nice huge balcony so we could eat or sit out & enjoy the beach view, but this time there was ZERO furniture or chairs. Weird! So we couldn’t go sit or really enjoy it. Others higher and all around us had chairs & our friends all had chairs. Second, ran into an issue with valet upon check out. We talked to them & reported it in evening that we would need car around 5:15am, so they could pull it around & park out front then, since valet opens 7am. Assured us they would. Im down with all our stuff & my little kids needing to hit road ASAP to make it home & no car, no one at front desk, etc. I messaged, I looked around. Eventually some worker happened to come by & after some effort got our car, but it delayed us over 20-25 mins, which made us late. Really frustrating when you pay daily & did what they asked you to do, and end up late to get home. Otherwise, we enjoyed our trip. Clean & nice as usual. We will come again for sure, just a lil off and disappointed a bit this time.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Quick and easy check in! I would definitely recommend this hotel! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!!
