With plenty of room for families and groups, it’s a unique place to enjoy the beach and everything Virginia Beach has to offer.

A Note From the New Owners

We recently purchased The Miami Vice House and are excited to share this special property with our guests. We also want to be transparent that the home is currently in its pre-renovation condition. We have extensive updates and improvements planned to refresh the property and bring it to its full potential.

In the meantime, we welcome guests who are comfortable with a home that has some age and imperfections and who are looking to enjoy the spacious layout, incredible views, direct beach access, and unbeatable Croatan location. We want every guest to book with the right expectations and have a wonderful stay.

Great location right on the beach. The front room and ocean facing deck are the highlight. Some door handles need to be replaced, and some areas around the house need work, but it's a great house with plenty of space.

The property is a disappointment. It deserves a negative rating for a variety of reasons: - The property is in need of repairs in several areas, both indoors and outdoors- Mold was found in just about every room, flaking ceiling and walls making unsafe to eat in some areas because of falling paint and drywall especially on the deck facing the ocean- Unsafe to open many doors due to rusted hinges hence were not functional- Water flow in the bathrooms very poor, no functional faucets in hot tub and some sinks in bathrooms- Open holes in walls with exposed pluming- The hot tub outside is not functional- Could not leave food on kitchen counter ants would devour because ants and roaches were found throughout.- One kitchen sink is leaking, this someone is aware of because a dish was placed to catch water - The advertised garage parking was full of junk and the yard was dirty. Ants and roaches were found throughout.- Overall the property was ill prepared for a 4 night 7,000 dollar stay.
