You had to play with the switches to get the lights to come on, the floors were sticky and dirty from people staying there and house keeping not cleaning, the beds where filthy with stains and bed bugs crawling and this is that I went to tell the front desk employee so he gave me another room and that one was worst then the first one it was 1130 at night I had enough of the rooms so we left I had to tell my wife to stay in the car until I find another place instead.

When I first arrived I was not impressed. Pool was empty and property looked run down. It’s an older hotel one street off the beach. I felt the property was unsafe due to location. There is no lobby to go through to get to your room. I was traveling alone so this was a concern. I was happy that my stay was good aside from shower would go from hot to cold. This hotel is no frills. If you need a room for a decent price and near all the restaurants and beach, this is your place. 7-11 near for last minute snacks etc.

Dirty towels and bathroom floors full of hair and the door has a huge gap that lets cold air in the room. Locks not strong enough to keep anyone from breaking in the room!

It was generally good. Two things I didn’t like are first, they charge a $12 resort fee and they couldn’t tell me what we got for that resort fee. Second, the strictness of doing an early check in. I can fully understand if the rooms are not ready. But if they are, just go ahead and let your guests check in. And stop the nickel and dime early check in charge.

There were baby birds in the exhaust fan in the bathroom that were trapped. The water in the shower did not get hot and had little pressure. The shower curtain was not clean.

Everything was great, I would come back in this hotel in the future, great location. The furniture is a bit old but the most important thing for me : the place must be very clean, and it was the case for my room, very clean, congrats to the room service team!

The property looks somewhat run down but the room was nicely done with updated features. It served the purpose of showers and sleep. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking spaces are narrow. But you are only a block and 1/2 from the beach.

Hotel was ok, not bad, not great. It might have been the timing with when I went. But the area felt like central ave DC. Massive amounts of people walking and making unnecessary noise, cars being loud and hella police activity. Hotel customer service was polite, but u aren’t gonna get professional customer service at like a corporate chain like Hampton inn and holiday inn. I booked this based off overall reviews. I’d go again in a tight spot but based on area experience I’ll fork a little more for peace and quiet and sound mind
