Historic Carriage House at the Church Point Manor

The luxurious, French-styled Carriage House is a 3-bedroom villa at the historic Church Point Manor (built in 1860). With a first-floor, King-bed room and two upstairs, queen-bed rooms, the Carriage House can comfortably host up to 6 guests. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, it’s own thermostat and central A/C and heating unit, and a fully-stocked coffee bar. The front door opens to an intimate and cozy foyer and dining area and continues into an expansive living room with a 50" TV and a wood burning fireplace. Three arched carriage doors open to the outside, allowing guests to enjoy an indoor-outdoor space from the foyer or living room.

Enjoy a match of tennis or pickle ball on our secluded tennis court, or play a round of bocce ball on our charming grounds (equipment included). Relax for the evening on the covered porch just 20 feet away from our 300-year-old, award-winning (yes, really!) willow oak tree.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable VRBO properties we have stayed at. Tyler and Kate could not have been more responsive and also incredibly nice to us! The planned in advance reservation turned into an unexpected close family member passing away in Chesapeake just 2 days prior, so we appreciated how everything went smoothly and no added stress for us and could return to the property after some rough days. Sister’s Trip
