The check in process was a line out the door with only 2 d so clerks. There was no hot water and the staff was aware of issue but it was not communicated to us at check-in. When a call made to engineer was placed, there was no follow through or contact communication again that the hotel was experiencing an issue. There was no airflow in our room even after several attempts to lower temperature. There were no slippers to wear to pool but others had them. There were guests allowed to stay outside in garden area until 2 am with no regard to volume and sleep disturbance. The kitchen for dinner was out of almost everything on the menu at 5pm. At check out, there were charges for valet and room bar in error. This was quickly removed per clerk and resort fee hopefully refunded. Was looking forward to bringing the New Year in luxury and style and it did not meet expectations sadly.
