The staff needs training on handling passports and other sensitive information. The staff in the restaurant need training on customer service - we were seated at a table for buffet breakfast. We left our purse and other belongings at the table and went to the buffet line. By the time we came back an "important man" decided to take our table and we were moved out from there!!! The shower was toggling between scalding hot and super cold every 2 seconds. Taking a shower was scary due to that. There were insects and possibly bed bugs from what the dermatologist told me based on my rashes I developed after a couple of nights at this hotel. Location to the beach is great!

At check-in, first rep did not find my reservation and was asking if the booking was in any other name. I produced hard copy of Expedia confirmation and another rep completed check-in process. The first rep did not come back to acknowledge that my reservation was there! Next, I asked if there was a business desk and computer for me to use. Front desk pointed me to a room which had a desktop, monitor and printer. It was switched off and there were no instructions how to turn on, and there was no help available. I did not dine at the property so no comment about that. (Tip: I walked to Inox next block and ate at the Eat place. Good food, clean facility and inexpensive. Service a bit slow but good) Used the fitness center - one elliptical and two treadmills, there were 3-5 people wanting to use the machines! Checkout was very smooth. 👍 Overall enjoyed my stay.

Little old property and some of the amenities in room are reused which needs to be restocked for next customer actually and the Buffett is not good which I tasted few years back

The hotel takes pride in their service- from check in to room service and dining. All requests are met ASAP. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. The chef is a very talented person who can make all kinds of Asian food and present them very creatively. We are there twice. Breakfast options were also great.
