Amazing house with great views and fully firnished

I rent 3-4 houses a year and this was one of the best. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything need to cook for a big group (often missing on other rentals).

Fantastic

The house and its surroundings are breathtaking. The house is equipped with everything you can think of, from towels to panchetta to outdoor kitchen with fridges and ice machine. A lovely pool and a jacuzzi are also available. We had a fantastic family- holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks Sylvain for all your help and kindness. We recommend this Mas des Amandiers for your holiday.

12 days with all the family

We spent 12 days at the end of June in the house. we were between 10-18 people in the house during the stay. It is a nice spacious house. The road there is bumpy and is a bit difficult but once you are there it is very nice. Good opportunities to prepare food and large areas and a nice swimming pool. . Unfortunately there was no internet during the time we were there. The owner and other staff were quite absent and a bit difficult to get in touch with both before and during the stay. They mostly only spoke French. According to the contract, cleaning was to be included and I think we left the house in very good condition. Despite this, the cleaning staff who came on the last day complained that we didn't clean the floors and the stove enough. She was actually not nice at all. This made the end of an otherwise nice stay in a nice house in the mountains a bit boring.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed a family holiday for 2 weeks in this beautiful rural property. Sylvain and Morgane were there to welcome us and show us around the house. They were so helpful and ready to answer any questions. We really appreciated their hard work. What a lovely couple! The house itself is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need. Having an indoor fridge and an outside fridge in the outdoor kitchen was really useful with such a large group of us. The pool is a really good size for large groups too. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs for at the pool. The hot tub was also well used by everyone despite the hot weather. The garden is beautiful with a lovely raised wooden walkway. PROS: Beautiful property in stunning setting, fantastic pool and entertainment area, well stocked kitchen, large dining area, peaceful surrounds. CONS: There were only 5 bedrooms, not 6 as described at the time that we booked. However the owner did open up his personal bedroom for our use, and the advert has since been revised. There is only A/C in 2 of the bedrooms. Because of the mosquitoes, we could not have any doors open at night, which made it very hot indeed with no A/C. The owner arrived with 4 guests during our stay and showed them around the house, including into one of the bedrooms. If we had been asked beforehand, we would probably have agreed to this (and tidied first), however we are not happy that this happened without our consent.

Quel cadre et quelle fonctionnalité pour 16 personnes dont 8 enfants! Un lieu bien pensé, où nous avons pu vivre en grand nombre pendant 1.semaine sans jamais avoir l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Un excellent accueil et une situation géographique parfaite!Attention cependant l' accès par une piste d'1km en pleine montagne n'est pas envisageable avec des voitures de sport! Piscine non chauffée...Quelques éléments secondaires à améliorer que nous avons transmis à Sylvain et Morgane, très à l'écoute et réactifs.Nous pourrions y retourner sans aucune hésitation!!

Sehr schöne Villa für drei Familien

Eine schöne Villa mit großem Pool, der gerade für die Kinder sehr viel Spaß bringt. Die Gegend ist wunderbar zum Wandern und Rennradfahren geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch schnell helfen, wenn Mal etwas nicht funktionieren sollte. W-Lan gibt es nicht aber der Mobilfunk Empfang war bei uns sehr gut.
