Located in Viviers-du-Lac, this charming 60 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 cm double bed and the other with a 160x200 cm double bed. You benefit from a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a fan, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The property offers a mountain view and step-free access for added comfort.



Enjoy a private garden within a superb 6000 m² wooded and enclosed 18th-century estate, featuring a pond and a three-hundred-year-old oak tree. The outdoor dining area under a gazebo is ideal for al fresco meals with a private barbecue, while the table, chairs, and loungers provide perfect spots to relax in the shade of the trees.



Parking is available for one car on site, with additional street parking nearby. Pets are allowed, but events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided. You can store your bicycles in the shared storage room or use the shared ski room. Families will appreciate the playground.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt am lac du bourget

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, was sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit bei Problemen erreichbar. Sie hatten auch tolle Tipps bezüglich Ausflüge in der Region. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und verfügt auch über einen Garten mit eigener Sitzecke. Wir sind auch mit einem Hund angereist, was gar kein Problem war. Die Vermieter sind sehr hundefreundlich und der Hund durfte auch frei im Garten laufen.Das Haus ist gut gelegen, um die Region gut zu entdecken.
