The villa is located on a total area of 1825 m2 and the living unit area is 282 m2.



With its accommodation capacity, Villa Carlotta can accommodate 8 people in 4 modernly equipped and fully air-conditioned rooms.



All rooms are located on the upper floor of the villa and are equipped with private bathrooms with showers. In the additional room on the upper floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a large kitchen with a modern island that dominates the space and allows you to prepare the best delicacies for your loved ones.



Within the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 8, adjoining a living room which, with its spaciousness, offers maximum relaxation on pleasant afternoons.



For a complete escape from reality, there is also a small oasis of calm, a wellness area with whirlpool, shower and Finnish bath. An ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries for the imminent return to everyday life.



In the spacious courtyard of the villa there is a 44 m2 swimming pool with a hydromassage bench, which has an additional heating option.



For all lovers of fresh air and outdoor dining, there is a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue.

In 2025, the building was extended to include a sports area with a tennis court measuring almost 800 square metres and a clay court for playing bowls. Both courts are adequately lit so that you can also enjoy the game in the evening. A well-equipped fitness room is also available to guests, as is a games room in a separate room. The games room has a pool table, dart board, table football and a library. Both rooms have TV systems, separate Wi-Fi and adequate heating and cooling of the rooms.



The courtyard is fully fenced with a fence over 1.5 metres high and offers 7 parking spaces, including a charger for electric cars.
