Waste of time

I’m in Albania now. The phone number given was to a lady who said the hotel does not exist. I will be requesting a refund when I return home. Do not use this website in Albania! It happened at two hotels to me, even directions were wrong! Unnecessary stress. So disappointed and angry! Complete scam!!!
