We loved our 3 days at the Intercontinental. The rooms were beautiful and the pools and beach views were lovely. We dined at several of the options at the grand and all were very delicious - the staff was friendly, helpful, and remembered our names.

We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.
