Staff were very helpful with any request. Rooms were well cleaned and replenished daily. Location was pretty good though the hill never got any easier for the climb home after dinner.
However it was disappointing to find that the provision of a shuttle to drop you and pick you up within a 5 km radius along with the loan of a local phone to call reception for pick ups had been discontinued.
Those facilities played a big part in why chose The Wind Resort.
Also breakfast was a slightly random setup. 2 days/wk it was self serve buffet style and you could order frozen a cooked menu but the other 5 days you had to spend order everything the day before. However breakfast was plentiful so never went hungry.
