Very high quality apartment in a well-kept Upper Bavarian farm with horse keeping.
Holiday with tradition and Wi-Fi.
Very centrally located at the foot of Blomberg and close to Bad Tölz with stunning mountain views.

Planks, Italian tiles, fine fabrics, borders on the walls, real watercolors, handmade furniture, as well as the interior design with a lot of wood from own stock gives the apartment a unique character.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher u. a. fitted.
The spacious living room invites you to enjoy and come to rest.

Sehr gemütliche FeWo in ruhiger Lage mit Bergblick und Pferden

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die FeWo bzw. der Hof ist etwas ruhiger und abseits vom Zentrum gelegen. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge vom Balkon/Wohnküche aus. Wer Pferde mag, kann sich beim Blick aus dem Fenster täglich erfreuen. Einfach schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung und Wohlfühlfaktor super. Wir danken nochmals!

Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien. Kein Flohmarkt-Krempel. Es fehlt nur der Backofen (dafür Mikrowelle). Zwei-Plattenherd reicht völlig aus. Gute Matratzen. Schöne, gemütliche, bayrische Ausstattung. Eigener Balkon mit Morgensonne.

Einfach wunderschön!

Wir sind kürzlich( Ende August 2016 ) für einen Kurzurlaub bei Fam. Ostheimer untergekommen und sind noch immer überwältigt von den Eindrücken. Ein wunderschöne Haus, umgeben von grünen Wiesen und die Berge im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung " Obstgarten " ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sofort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war alles perfekt. Im großen Garten gibt es viele lauschige Plätzchen zum Entspannen....einfach traumhaft! Wir werden diese Fewo gerne weiter empfehlen und natürlich auch selbst versuchen, bald wieder zu kommen.
