Checking in we were told they didn’t have the king room that we had paid extra for. We would be stuck with a queen room. Contacted Hotels.com. They said it’s not on them, they would contact the hotel for an adjustment The hotel denied the adjustment. Essentially Hotels did nothing to resolve the issue. Also dirty utensil left on floor, and water coming up from the flooring.

Great Stay but the room needed small fixes

Great hotel and staff. The pool is beautiful- however the bathroom door stuck badly so we had to leave it open and the toilet seat was loose and kept shifting from side to side.

My daughter and I had a really nice week. Our stay has no problems. The staff was personable and very accommodating. Our breakfast server, Amanda, went beyond what was expected of her. I felt I had a friend there by the last day. And speaking of breakfast, the offerings were perfect.

Awesome location!

The hotel is in a great location. Walking to many eating places, the Dr Pepper Museum, and the Silos are very close. The staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was excellent. Restaurant staff also did an outstanding job. Housekeeping was a disappointment. Each day we had to as to have our room cleaned. They only responded once, and were apparently not happy with having to do it, because it was poorly done. The second day we asked three times and we got no response.
